1. Information We Collect
When you register and use our platform, we collect the following:
- Account Details: Name, email address, company name, and billing information.
- Integration Data: Information required to securely connect to your email providers via OAuth (tokens, not passwords) or SMTP credentials.
- Campaign Data: Email copy, recipient lists, and sending schedules necessary to execute your outreach.
2. How We Use Your Data
Your data is used strictly to provide and improve the Mailnexy service:
- Executing your automated email sequences on your behalf.
- Tracking deliverability metrics (opens, clicks, bounces) to protect your domain health.
- Providing customer support and technical troubleshooting.
3. Google Workspace & OAuth Compliance
Mailnexy's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
We never read your personal emails. Our platform only accesses the specific folders and permissions required to send your campaigns and track replies to those specific campaigns.
4. Data Sharing & Disclosure
We will never sell your data or your prospect lists. We only share information with essential third-party service providers (such as AWS/GCP for secure hosting, and Stripe for payment processing) who are bound by strict data processing agreements.
5. Security & Retention
All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We retain your data only for as long as your account is active. If you choose to delete your account, your data (including all campaign history and uploaded lists) is permanently purged from our primary servers within 30 days.
